Meet our founders
Our origin story
From the start, we have been serious about impacting the recruitment industry.
Setting out an ambitious plan, we simultaneously opened three international offices, in London, Leeds and Hong Kong, focusing on significant financial & technology hubs in 2010.
Founded by friends, Jonathan Ellerbeck, Daniel Wallis, and Alex Naylor, each brought years of recruitment and leadership experience, seeing a gap in the market to do something different. They pledged to build a business that took recruitment seriously, while building a fun and rewarding internal culture. Recruitment is a profession that can change people's lives and businesses, and they believed that should be taken seriously.
These 3 offices have now grown to 8 offices across the EU and Asia, winning almost 50 awards for our service and culture along the way.
