Zoe joined Gravitas straight from University. Her natural skill and quality of work saw her quickly develop from a junior member of the customer care team to running the team with a global remit and establishing the current Legal Department within 5 years. She then had the opportunity to move into Project Management role as a Business Manager. In 2024 she was promoted to Associate Director taking her career to the next stage.
Career highlights include being awarded the Business Contribution Award three times within 9 years, successfully managing the implementation of the IR35 legislation in the Public Sector (2017) and Private Sector (2021) and being part of the team that won Recruiter Awards' Most Effective Back Office Operation Award two years running.
In Zoe’s role today, she is responsible for running a wide variety of different projects, from tech implementation, to operational projects, to events management.
Zoe loves the fast paced environment that working in the recruitment industry brings. She finds that there are minimal barriers for progression and loves knowing that opportunities for growth and development are there for you to take and run with.
Outside of work Zoe loves trying new restaurants, going to the gym, going to the theatre, and spending time with family, friends and her cat (she’ll admit she’s a self-confessed Cat Lady.)
