Job Description:

• Developing and managing client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment
• Identifying and responding to business opportunities
• Proactively sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and business development
• Managing the recruitment process from interview to placement

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months sales experience within a B2B sales environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivation and a competitive nature
• Ability to work towards and exceed targets
