Senior Consultant
We are looking to hire experienced recruiters who can bring their recruitment expertise, industry knowledge, and network in their niche/ industry to join our Insurance, Banking, or Technology teams.
You will be joining an international recruitment firm with over 9 offices all over the world, that has specialised in Insurance, Banking, and Technology for the past 14 years. Our leaders are also experts in this field, with a client network that covers almost the entire market - you will be in good hands.
The Role
Your role will require a strong focus on business development, relationship management, and proactive sourcing to stay ahead of your competitors in the market
- Be an expert in your field, providing consultation and market knowledge to all potential clients and candidates that you meet, representing the Gravitas brand
- Identify and generate leads to develop a strong client and candidate pipeline
- Initiate and develop new relationships with clients that we've never worked with before, cross-selling and building your reputation in the market
- Partner with supportive and top-billing managers with years of experience within the industry in Singapore
- Join our award-winning "Senior Development Programme" that focuses on advanced recruitment skills to prepare you for the next step of your career - managing your own team

If you,
- Have at least 2 year in the recruitment industry in Technology, Banking, or Insurance
- Have a consistent track record of billing and business development
- Are looking to build a long-term career where you can develop into a top biller or a top team leader
