Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the comprehensive recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to the final engagement.
• Advise and guide candidates towards the most suitable role.
• Respond effectively to the needs of clients and candidates.
• Engage in market mapping, headhunting, and "Business Development".
• Build sturdy networks converting into commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and salaries.
