Senior/Principal IT Recruitment Consultant - Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with Gravitas' clients and search for candidates for their teams using a variety of recruitment techniques.
- You act as a Brand Champion and influence clients and candidates to see Gravitas as the 'Recruitment Partner of Choice'.
- Networking, business development and meeting professionals from the financial, digital and public sectors.
- Responsibilities can change based on your work, training is provided to ensure you can fulfil your role to the best of your ability.
- Building a database of both clients and candidates and contributing positively to a High-Performance Sales Culture, implementing training and achieving all personal KPIs and activity goals.
What do you need?
- Resilience, ambition, competitive and great people skills
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ambition
- The role requires 80% attitude and application and 20% skill. We train you through our extensive consultant training program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with a variety of professionals.
- Experience with sales is a plus
