Gravitas Hong Kong is looking to hire experienced recruiters who can bring their recruitment expertise, industry knowledge, and network in their niche/ industry to join our Insurance, Banking, or Technology teams led by Irene Yang (Insurance, 10 years recruitment experience), Alfred Chan (Banking, 10 years recruitment exprience) and Peter Barker (APAC Regional Director, 25 years recruitment experience in UK & HK).

What you'll do
Your role will require a strong focus on business development, relationship management, and proactive sourcing to stay ahead of your competitors in the market
- Work with and be mentored by a supportive and top-billing managers with years of experience within the Insurance, Banking, or Technology industry in Hong Kong
- Work independently with a focus on candidate sourcing and account management, and business development, depending on your preference
- Join our award-winning "Senior Development Programme" that focuses on advanced recruitment skills to take you to the next level as a recruiter
- Work with a recruitment firm actually built on values: transparency and honesty
If you,
- Have at least 3 years in the recruitment industry in any desk
- Have billed at least HKD $1.2M in a year as a 360 consultant, splitting your time between client business development and candidate sourcing
- Are looking to build a long-term career where you can develop into a top biller or a top team leader
