Our high-performing Banking - Front Office team in Gravitas Hong Kong is looking to bring on a new member to their team. We are looking to speak to experienced recruiters and/or sales professionals who are interested in joining the team, led by Abby Chu, one of our top performing managers here.
As a successful member of Abby's team, you'll be resilient, proactive, enjoy speaking and building rapport with candidates, and be able to multitask effectively with a strong drive to achieve personal and financial success.
As an Banking Front office recruiter, you will:
- Source junior - mid level candidates within Banking (Front Office - Relationship Managers) via cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
- Balance sourcing for multiple vacancies as this is a more high volume desk.
- Enjoy building rapport and developing relationships with candidates over the phone and in person
- Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
- Build strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success

If you:
- Are a native Cantonese speaker
- Have no recruitment experience, then have sales experience(can be part-time or involve high volume cold-calling)
- Have recruitment experience, then have a strong track record of delivering high volume roles (doesn't have to be in Banking)
- Are financially motivated, self-driven, ambitious
- Are competitive with a relentlessly positive attitude
- Are eager to learn, make mistakes, and apply feedback
