Gravitas Recruitment Group, Hong Kong - our biggest office globally - is looking for experienced recruiters who can bring their recruitment expertise, industry knowledge, and network in their niche/ industry to join our Banking (Technology) team.

You will be joining an international recruitment firm with over 8 offices all over the world (London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, Rotterdam, Shenzhen, Manchester, and Leeds), that has specialised in Insurance, Banking, and Technology for the past 14 years. Our leaders are also experts in this field, with an extensive client network that covers almost the entire market - you will be in good hands.

If you

  • Have at least 2 years+ recruitment experience with a proven billing track record
  • Are fluent in Cantonese
  • Ideally have had experience doing Business Development
  • Looking to Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a Sales Mindset - Financially motivated, self-driven, ambitious
  • Are competitive with a relentlessly positive attitude
  • Are eager to learn, make mistakes, and apply feedback

What You'll Do

  • Source mid-senior candidates within Technology Banking by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
  • Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
  • Do active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
  • Building strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities
