We're looking for an experienced Technology recruiter with future ambitions of stepping into leadership to join Gravitas' Technology team.
As an experienced Technology Recruiter, you will
- Be an expert in your field, providing consultation and market knowledge to all potential clients and candidates that you meet, representing the Gravitas brand.
- Identify and generate leads to develop a strong client and candidate pipeline
- Initiate and develop new relationships with clients that we've never worked with before, cross-selling and building your reputation in the market
- Partner with supportive and top-billing managers with years of experience within the Technology industry in Singapore
- Be given the freedom to work in any industry and sector within your Technology vertical
- Join our award-winning "Senior Development Programme" that focuses on advanced recruitment skills to prepare you for the next step of your career - managing your own team
- Work with a recruitment firm actually built on values: transparency and honesty
If you,
- Have at least 3 years doing 360-Technology recruitment in any sector
- Have a proven consistent track record as a recruitment consultant of billing and business development within Technology
- Are looking to build your own Technology practice and transition into managing your own team
